Sanding Flap

Footprints on my heart
Story: Footprints in my heart
By Alicia Toumilovitch
"I am never forget youâ € ™ € | I promise you, â € I whispered softly, stroking the golden sand and dreamy eyes in the vastness of the pyramids, which separate our lives forever € |
These are the last words he never told us. This was also the last of Jasmine. Gradually, I got up and dried in the sand that clung to my skirt, and walked slowly away, with a heavy heart, but proud. Jas had helped in their research, in a sense, and she taught me many valuable lessons. A cool breeze played a just my hair and started to walk away, one step at a time, leaving everything behind, but taking with a heart full of memories … >
â € OEI think we should go to Mauritius or the Seychelles, â € suggested Becka, who was impatient of the summer holidays.
Becka and were known for 6 years, and we were closer than ever. It was louder than me but we were both like crazy. It was a summer night and we sat in cafà ©, look where they must spend the summer together.
We decided to disappear for a deserved trip as a couple of years time, unfortunately, could be separated. My parents had left Siberia, traveler, and I stayed with my aunt, who, although he was very worried, he was a person very nice.
â € œHow about Morocco? â € I propose, if I've never been there, I heard that it was fascinating.
œNahâ € â € | leta € ™ s not going to the Caribbean islands! â € Beck laughed and looked at me, I remember when he had pretended to be pirates in my house and was trapped in the cupboard. I laughed, remembering, and sighed.
What many did not know was that Beck was afraid of enclosed spaces and heights. Anything dead scared both of us out. We decided this holiday, we would face our fears in the face and overcome them.
I sniffed and sighed, thinking aloud, œHmmâ € â € | How to search the exploration of tombs and pyramids sound like to you? Â €
Beckaâ € ™ s eyes opened and he gasped. Nervously, I waited. Becka suddenly exhaled air leaving turbulent hit my face, and little by little wooden beams,
â € œYes! I think it would be amazing! What an adventure! Â €
Relieved, I laughed and jumped.
â € œOh yeah! Egypt is! Â €
A week later, pleasing us boarded the plane. As we were leaving, the excitement began to build. That was all. The adventure of our lives really happened at the end.

â € œBecka Pierson, Sally Fredericks? Over here! Â €
I turned, surprised, after hearing our names were called with an excited voice.
We had just arrived from Egypt, not knowing where to go from the airport.
â € œYes, we are here! â € I called uncertainty.
Becka me stuck in the ribs. â € œSally! What do you think youâ € ™ re done? â € Becka whistled furiously in my ear. â € œWe just arrived, we nâ € ™ t know who he is, perhaps Instead, they want to take away! â €
I broadened my eyes, waving his arms around and around, and there was fear, â € œOoh! Â €
Becka me and slapped me beaten on the ground. We laughed until I felt someone inspect us as we were wild animals. We get up, and I met a girl about our age, with two long black braids hanging down on either side of your face. She watched us carefully, then smiled and said:
â € œHi! My NAMEA € ™ s Jasmine, Jas for short. Iâ € ™ ll be your guide team. I am an orphan, and IA € ™ m happy to meet you, I ™ € can not wait to show you, â €
We stayed there and I felt my Gorge climbing, laughing. Becka just looked confused, and very hysterical.
â € œBut How can we 've seen? Who sent you? That do you â € œ
I could not ™ € t keep longer, and laughed, causing Jas Becka and looked at me puzzled.
œWhatâ € â € ™ s so funny? Jas scanned € â € ™ Beckaâ's face closely and then looked at me puzzled.
I made it very difficult to control laughing so hard I bit my tongue and had to pretend I cough. I caught Beckaâ € ™ s eyes, and we looked at our eyes. I looked him straight in the eyes brown eyes with emerald green, sparkling, and waited, mentally trying to say it was fine.
â € œOh my word! No, you can not be serious ™ €, â € said Becka, Suddenly rolling his eyes and smiled.
â € œYup, all thanks to my aunt! â €
Jas smiles, and makes us sign outside.

A week later we were inside the pyramids. It was very exciting. We were on top, hiding behind the statues, when they heard a gunshot. It was very close.
œStay  €  € in which a voice growled in anger.
Gradually, the area was filled with a group of angry, spitting dangerous men.
Jasmine and hidden, as a security guard dropped a brick for men. But it didnâ € ™ t help, they had guns. I restrained myself, desperately seeking it, as I urged Becka, but refused to yield. A loud crash sent us again.
Suddenly, we was thrown into darkness. It was cold and wet. He also was closed space. Becka and I had on one another, not fully hyperventilation.
â € œItâ € ™ s, boys, breathe, â € Jasa € ™ s soothing voice brings us back to our senses and calmed down.
Stank where we hid. It was scary and cold. As my eyes accustomed to darkness, I looked around me. I felt something hard to dig into the thigh.
â € œSit yet, â € Jasmine hissed.
â € œSally, please, Iâ € ™ m scared, â € Becka moaned.
I enough. Quickly, I pulled the object net below me, and decided to investigate what it was. I stood in the small skylight and frozen. I looked away, the decision that my eyes had deceived me. But when I looked again, it was real. I obtained the mummy ™ € s arm. We were in a tomb! I screamed and threw the bones into the top right Becka hit in the face in confusion.
â € œWhat is this? â € shouted Becka, it was just as scared.
A strong, cold hand suddenly seized my mouth as I moved.
â € œOh Lord, please help me, â € In silence, he asked € OETH mother is alive! Â € I thought to myself.
â € œWhat You think youâ ™ € doing? Youa € ™ ll kill us all, â € Jasmine hissed angrily in my ear.
In desperation, I removed the lid and left me behind Jasmine. The next thing I knew was a gun pointed at me and I thought, â € "This is. IA € ™ m going to die, â €
The heartless creature pulled the trigger, and I closed my eyes, death scares. I breathed deeply, but felt no pain. I heard the shot, but when the ball disappeared? I looked at my feet, and gasped. Jas is curved-shaped ball, clutching his bleeding arm.
â € œOh my word, Jas! Are you ALRI-â € œ
I was interrupted by another siren,
â € œSally! Please help me, my daughter! Sal-Beckaâ â € € ™ s frantic cries were cut from the News.Anywhere hysterical, I got up and urgently sought my friend, just to see my despair it was too late. It had taken. Gone.
I stayed there a day later, alone, desolate streets of emptiness, and wondered what to do. Jasmine was treated for an older woman. I had to say seriously that the chances of survival Jasmine were rare. Gradually, I got up and then went to check.
â € œJas, nâ € ™ t go, please, â € I asked gently through my tears, as we cling to them, crying. I could not believe what was happening. I had known for a week, but have escaped accuracy at the time and had become good friends. Jasmine murmured a reply deaf
â € œSal, please donâ € ™ t leave me, Â €
I wanted everything would be fine. We held each other and felt safe and secure. It reminded me of Beck. But Becka had left, and Jasmine was dying slowly. It was not fair. Why all this should happen to me? I was stuck in a land unknown, Sale, hostile, and yet I didnâ € ™ t understand anything else.

Suddenly Jasmine € ™ s grip on freedom, and sighed, and slowly, I understood. I understand why life was throwing curve balls and to me, why me, life had chosen to intimidate.
I stood there, looking Jasa € ™ s face, so peaceful. I closed eyes, choking, and promised I'ma € ™ never forget. Once opened, it was dark. I looked up, and the truth hit me, and desperately short of air and fired back tears. I stood alone in the cold of the night crying, by Jasmine by Becka for all. I shudder when his fingers frozen in the night loop around my neck. I stayed there for some time, just look at the horizon, choking back tears of fire, swallow day of pain that had kept inside of me, locked in ignorance. Gradually, I curled into a ball and sobbing into a sleep agitated.

It was almost dawn. Something woke me up, but wasn t ™ € sure what. Or why or that. I got up and looked around. Then I remembered, and understood. I heaved a sigh of relief unstable. It was free. I understand that everyone has a purpose here, and each of us has our own quest we need to finish. Whatever happens, happens for a reason to. € ~ â € ™ Destiny, Jas had said his name, we can not control, no matter how hard we try.

A few weeks later, the old woman who had occupied Jas said someone wanted me to look at campsite nearby. I was very confused and worried, but at the same time, thank you. The worth a try, and as I didn € ™ t have nothing to lose, I'm gone.
I made my way down the street, and she leaned to me, encouraging. Taking a deep breath, swallowing all the pain that crept up my heart like a dagger prepare criminal threatening, and lifted the curtain of the tent.
A hundred eyes were turned to look, as deadly daggers digging into me. They've searched, then looked away indifferent. Cautiously, I went ahead and stopped. Vigilante, I turned as I thought someones € ™ s keen eyes on me, search me, as if to say something.
â € œOh not think I ™ m € Losing My Mind, â € I thought, â € œSomeoneâ € ™ s trying to fascinate me! € Â I laughed at my stupid joke.
Spontaneously, I looked up, and remained until the pair of huge eyes. Something is known about those eyes. Hazel Brown with sparks of emerald green € | Why are so familiar? The girl and I celebrated our eyes, it seemed he had been to look for hours, until a voice was a big boom, a € œBecka Pierson, head please Becka Pierson â €
Becka. I met a Becka, or rather Becka had experienced before. My best friend. But it was in another life. In another country. I blocked the thought and looked away as my eyes filled with tears for fear of spillage. I felt the Girl ™ € s piercing eyes on me, search me, as if to say something – again. Breathing deeply, he turned and looked at her. Our eyes closed, and basically, I knew. Included. It will be beautiful. This was my Becka, she was alive.
