Since I was a child, thought to be nervous and anxiety is something that all the world have suffered.
Years ago, the butterflies used to flutter happily all day. Getting up in the morning was a more difficult task and takes every ounce of will he had. I found in a fetal position and see the red numbers on my digital clock radio, and it shone in the dark times, painful minute.

But how these attacks it affect me so deeply rooted in my chair, or I walk into the room, remember to go through the door, then immediately return to my chair and sit down again assuming an almost catatonic.
When I think of those days, the title of the song "Windmills of My Mind" is higher. My windmills had lost a wing or two. I the feeling that something terrible would happen to me if I was walking, so I sat there until the worst of the crisis was over.
I'm much better today, but has not been an easy race.

Finally, I managed to control these panic/anxiety attacks through the use of drugs. However, I don’t recommend this course of action. If you can find a treatment that forswears the use of medications, then so much the better. There is such a treatment.
